Clara; born 1825; the daughter of Robert, Professor of Mathmatics; of 59, Great Prescot Street, Whitechapel, London; married Conrad Boermer of 10 Fieldgate Street, Whitechapel; sugar baker; on 5th June 1854. I've yet to find Clara having any connection to our family and the information found on the web strongly indicates that Clara and her father Robert are not connected to us.

Tash Street was listed in the 1799 London Street Index. It is now Verulam Street, across Grays Inn Road from Grays Inn Square. In 1865 The Goat Public House was at 41 Verulam Street, Grays Inn Road EC (licensee W. Gilbert). The 1843 Post Office Directory for London has an entry for the Goat at 41 Tash Street, Gray's Inn Lane.
Edward, born 21st October 1814 in London; the son of Edward & Sarah Ann nee Buckee; married for the third time, as a landowner, to Isabel Champness (born c 1847) on 19th April 1883. Edward had 3 wives -
1. Elizabeth Fradgley m. 05 Aug 1834 and had one child - Edward Fradgley Gaubert (b.20 Nov 1836 in Islington - 18th Sep 1904)
2. Elizabeth Robinson m.21 Nov 1839 in St.Martin in the Field, son of Edward and widower of 4, Camden Hill Terrace and had 3 children -
1. Alfred Gaubert (08 Jan 1841-25 Jan 1927) m.21 Jun 1862 in St.Georges, Hanover Squ, ship broker, of Fulham Rd, son of Edward, gentleman to Ann Peacock.
He then married Charlotte Melton on 19 Sep 1885 in Hackney 43 yrs.,ship agent, he of 2, Canonbury Terrace, son of Edward, gentleman; she 27yrs and of 27, Clonbrock Rd
2. Marion Gaubert (21 May 1843-18 Mar 1925)
3. Arthur Wilfred Gaubert (15 Aug 1845-07 Aug 1857)
3. Isobel Champness married 19 Apr 1883 in Clapham, he widower, gentleman, of Denmark Hill, son of Edward, Liveryman of The Haberdashers Company, deceased. He 68 yrs, she 36 yrs.to and had one child -
1. Evelyn Emma Isobel Gaubert (1885-18 Jan 1968).
Edward died on 24 Jul 1902 in Steyning.
